Job Summary
Ayursiha Hospital is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with information regarding hospital services, and convert enquiries into appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be target-oriented, and have the ability to build positive relationships with prospective patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to patient enquiries regarding hospital services, treatments, and appointments.
- Follow up with potential patients and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and appointment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, patient enquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for appointment scheduling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing patients.
- Resolve basic patient queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure timely follow-up on missed calls, online enquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital policies.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on call performance and lead conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead conversion and persuasive communication skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and hospital/CRM software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred).
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
