We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth for our B2B software platform (TickIT). We don't believe in capping your potential—if you bring in the revenue, you keep a massive share of the pie. We offer a competitive base salary paired with one of the most aggressive, market-leading incentive structures in the industry (up to 50% commission on sales).
What You Will Do:
- Own the Pipeline: Identify, prospect, and engage B2B decision-makers (owners, directors, and operations heads).
- Run the Full Cycle: Manage the entire sales funnel from cold outreach and discovery calls to running software demos and closing the deal.
- Industry-Focused Selling: Clearly articulate how our unified platform solves industry-specific inefficiencies in inventory, tracking, and customer management.
- Consultative Approach: Position our software as a high-value, complementary addition that seamlessly optimizes their current business operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven track record in B2B sales, SaaS, or software sales in India.
- The Hustle: A self-starter who isn't afraid of cold outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, emails) and knows how to navigate gatekeepers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to command a room during software demos.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn the ins and outs of our software platform to handle technical questions effortlessly.
