Job Description:
Premier Traders is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage Government and Private Tender processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender documentation, submission, coordination, and portal management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Government & Private Tender processes
- Managing GEM Portal & E-Tendering activities
- Preparing and submitting tender documents within deadlines
- Coordinating with internal teams for required documents and approvals
- Maintaining tender records and documentation
- Monitoring tender status, updates, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Tender Management
- Good knowledge of GEM Portal & E-Tendering
- Strong understanding of tender documentation and submission process
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders
