We are looking for a motivated and energetic Solar Service & Installation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field work, willing to learn, and capable of handling solar installation, commissioning, and service activities at customer sites.
Eligibility
- Diploma in EEE, ECE, or Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates from Coimbatore or nearby locations will be preferred
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Own bike is mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities
- Installation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems
- Commissioning and testing of solar power systems
- Troubleshooting and rectification of system faults
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar installations
- Site inspection and basic electrical/mechanical work
- Ensure installations are completed as per safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with the project team for timely execution
- Prepare service reports and installation documentation
- Provide customer support during installation and service visits
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and solar systems (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within and around Coimbatore
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
- Energetic, disciplined, and a strong team player
- Good communication skills
