Virtual Oplossing is looking for an experienced and performance-oriented professional for the position of Business Development Manager – US Staffing. The role focuses on expanding business opportunities in the US market, developing client relationships, and supporting staffing operations across multiple industries.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in sales, account management, and client handling within the staffing or recruitment domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the US market
- Build professional relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate staffing support accordingly
- Generate leads through professional networking, emails, and outbound outreach
- Maintain and manage sales pipelines and business activity records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery on open positions
- Participate in client discussions, meetings, and service presentations
- Support revenue growth through consistent business development efforts
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure strong client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or client management
- Prior exposure to the staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and professional communication tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
