Job Summary:
PBHM Medical Center is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Nursing Staff to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during consultations and procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and treatment rooms.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and provide first aid when required.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
- Support OPD, procedures, vaccination, and health camps when required.
Requirements:
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Commitment to compassionate and ethical patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Experience in OPD, emergency care, or patient counseling.
