Job Responsibilities:
- Carry files, documents, and correspondence between departments, offices, branches, and external locations as directed.
- Assist in maintaining proper filing and retrieval of documents and records.
- Be able to read and understand basic English file names, labels, and office instructions to locate and deliver documents accurately.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, binding, and dispatching documents.
- Deliver and collect courier parcels, letters, and other office-related materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events as required.
- Purchase and replenish office stationery, pantry supplies, and other materials as instructed.
- Support administrative staff in day-to-day office operations.
- Handle confidential documents with care and maintain confidentiality of office information.
- Perform bank, post office, and other official errands as assigned.
- Ensure timely movement of files and documents to avoid operational delays.
- Follow office rules, safety procedures, and instructions given by supervisors.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: Class VIII/X pass (preferred).
- Ability to read and understand basic English and local language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying files and office materials.
- Prior experience in office assistance/peon duties will be preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a professional attitude.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
