About the Role
We are looking for a enthusiastic, target-driven Part-Time Telecaller to join our team in Panampilly Nagar. If you have clear, persuasive communication skills and enjoy connecting with potential clients over the phone, this flexible 5-hour daily role is a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads and prospective business clients.
- Pitch our services clearly, answer basic queries, and understand prospective client requirements.
- Book discovery calls or setup consultation meetings for the senior team.
- Follow up consistently with prospective leads to maintain interest.
- Keep clean daily logs of calls, responses, and appointment statuses in our system/sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong phone presence, polite tone, and confidence in speaking with business owners.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or outbound sales is preferred (freshers with great communication are also welcome).
- Punctual, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work full-time in-office at Panampilly Nagar during the agreed 5-hour daily shift (Monday through Saturday).
