- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Job Hai is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Must have own laptop can do 100 to 120 calls per day
