Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain stock and purchase registers, especially jewellery-related transactions
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups and account clarification
- Ensure timely and accurate entries in Tally and Excel
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Prime
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com or any relevant degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in the jewellery industry is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with stock and billing software in jewellery business is a plus
