Job Summary
A Paralegal provides essential support to lawyers and legal teams by conducting research, preparing documents, managing case files, and ensuring smooth legal operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, agreements, and pleadings.
Conduct legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
Draft and review basic legal documents and correspondence
Maintain and organize case files, records, and legal databases
Coordinate with clients, courts, and government authorities
File legal documents in courts and ensure compliance with procedural requirements
Track case progress and manage deadlines, hearings, and appointments
Support due diligence, compliance, and documentation processes
Prepare summaries of legal documents and case notes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or relevant field (preferred)
Certification in paralegal studies (optional but advantageous)
Basic understanding of legal terminology and court procedures
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience
0–3 years (freshers with internship experience can apply)
Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
