Job Responsibilities of Executive - HR Recruiter:
- Communication and Correspondence:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the HR Head and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the HR Head.
- HR Meetings Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate HR department meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and meeting objectives are clear.
- Take notes and record action items during meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and relevant HR documents to attendees.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records, ensuring all information is updated, accurate, and compliant with privacy laws.
- Support HR in preparing and processing HR-related documentation, including new hire paperwork, performance appraisals, and exit interviews.
- HR Project Support:
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events, workshops, and employee programs.
- Reporting and Data Management:
- Assist with HR data management, including employee performance, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management meetings or other stakeholders.
- Confidentiality and Compliance:
- Ensure all HR-related documents and communications are handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support compliance efforts related to labor laws, company policies, and employee benefits.
- Support HR with Daily Activities:
- Assist the HR in handling day-to-day operational needs, ensuring that the HR department runs smoothly.
- Track deadlines and reminders for HR-related tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Miscellaneous Administrative Support:
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support for HR-related activities and initiatives as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports for the HR department.
- Talent Acquisition activity:
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
In this role, the HR Recruiter ensures the efficient functioning of the HR department by handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and supporting key HR processes and projects.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
