- Manage the complete store and inventory operations.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Receive, inspect, count, and properly store all materials and supplies.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare purchase requirements based on stock levels and consumption.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending supplies.
- Monitor stock expiry, damaged items, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile it with system/register records.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase, issue, return, and stock transfer.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, categorization, and organization of all materials.
- Issue medicines, consumables, housekeeping supplies, and other required items to authorized departments as per procedure.
- Maintain records of medicine and consumable stock wherever applicable.
- Monitor wastage and prevent unnecessary stock accumulation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts, pharmacy, administration, housekeeping, nursing, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and hospital inventory procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
- Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical stock items.
- Handle stock audits and support management during internal or external inspections.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in store, inventory, warehouse, or purchase management.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management software.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
