Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of experience in facades and roofing solutions. This is a junior-level, on-site role based in Coimbatore, ideal for candidates looking to build their career in the construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads in the facades and roofing segment
- Develop relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
- Present suitable facade and roofing solutions to clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns and client outreach
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in facades and roofing (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of facade systems, cladding, and roofing materials
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (preferred)
