***URGENT REQUIREMENT***
Health, Safety & Environment Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure safe work practices are followed.
Risk Assessment & Hazard Control
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA).
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
- Review method statements and work permits for high-risk activities.
Safety Monitoring & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Monitor activities such as working at heights, excavation, lifting operations, confined space entry, electrical work, and hot work.
- Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
- Maintain compliance records and statutory documentation.
Incident Investigation & Reporting
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Track and monitor closure of safety observations and corrective actions.
- Maintain accident and injury statistics and safety performance reports.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct site safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Organize toolbox talks, safety campaigns, drills, and awareness programs.
- Train supervisors and workers on safe work procedures and emergency response plans.
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
Emergency Preparedness
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct mock drills for fire, evacuation, medical emergencies, and rescue operations.
- Coordinate with emergency services and relevant authorities when required.
- Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Maintain records of inspections, audits, permits, training, and incidents.
- Present safety performance metrics to project management and clients.
Education: Any Graduation Degree with 5 Years experience as a Senior Safety Officer.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
