TL;DR:
We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager for a fast-growing UK-based agency with a strong client pipeline and multiple affiliate accounts to manage. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows affiliate marketing inside out, from recruiting and managing publishers to auditing programmes, improving performance, and owning day-to-day account delivery. You’ll join a lean, growing team where you’ll be trusted to hit the ground running, work autonomously, and play a key role in shaping and scaling affiliate operations.
- Role type: Full-time (40 hours per week), fully remote
- Working hours: 1 pm - 10 pm (IST)
What you'll do
Manage affiliate programmes end-to-end
- Manage a portfolio of affiliate programmes across multiple client accounts, taking ownership of day-to-day delivery and performance.
- Audit existing programmes, clean up what's underperforming, and build a stronger partner mix – some of these accounts are newly onboarded, so there's real work to do.
- Monitor performance across your accounts, catch issues early, and keep things on track without being chased.
Recruit and manage publisher relationships
- Find, onboard, and manage affiliates and publishers across content, editorial, PR-led, and other high-intent partner channels.
- Build relationships that last – not just sign-ups, and make sure partners have the right assets, offers, and setup to actually perform.
- Focus on quality and commercial relevance, not just affiliate volume.
Own your accounts
- Take full responsibility for performance across your portfolio from the start, with the autonomy to manage priorities and drive outcomes independently.
- Be trusted to make smart calls, identify opportunities, and improve what’s not working.
- Work independently – there's no one to hand you a daily task list (which should feel like an opportunity, not a concern).
Who we're looking for
- You've spent at least 2 years in affiliate marketing, genuinely managing programmes, recruiting publishers, and owning performance outcomes.
- You've worked across affiliate networks and platforms and can audit a programme quickly, spotting what's broken and knowing how to fix it.
- You’re comfortable managing multiple accounts independently, without needing strategic hand-holding.
- You’re commercially sharp and can think beyond execution – you know what makes a programme stronger, cleaner, and more effective.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in an affiliate or digital PR agency, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with using affiliate links in a digital PR or link-building context.
Application process
- Discovery call to understand your motivations
- Take-home assessment and discussion
- Final interview with the client
