Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordination: Managing subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to maintain project schedules.
- Quality & Safety Control: Conducting regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Communication: Acting as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and contractors to address issues.
- Reporting: Preparing progress reports and managing material inventory/ordering.
- Experience: Generally 1.5 to 5+ years in interior site supervision, fit-outs, or civil projects.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural drawings and technical specs. Knowledge of materials and finishing techniques.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering is often preferred.
