Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery
- Conduct theory and practical training on:
- Optical Fiber Communication (OFC)
- FTTH (Fiber to the Home)
- Splicing techniques
- Fiber cable laying and termination
- Optical network basics
- Telecom infrastructure
- Deliver training as per curriculum guidelines of:
- Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC)
- National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)
- Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)
2. Practical & Lab Training
- Demonstrate and supervise:
- Fiber splicing
- OTDR testing
- Power meter testing
- Cable jointing
- Fiber fault detection
- Router & modem installation
- Ensure proper handling of tools and telecom equipment
3. Student Development
- Train students on:
- Industry safety practices
- Field work discipline
- Communication skills
- Interview preparation
- Monitor attendance, performance, and practical competency
4. Assessment & Certification Support
- Conduct internal theory and practical assessments
- Prepare students for SSC assessments and certifications
- Maintain assessment records and reports
5. Batch & Documentation Management
- Maintain:
- Attendance records
- Practical logs
- Assessment sheets
- Batch progress reports
- Coordinate with center management and placement team
6. Placement & Industry Coordination
- Support placement activities for telecom and broadband companies
- Guide students regarding field technician roles
- Coordinate for OJT (On-the-Job Training) and interviews

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in:
- Electronics

- Relevant industry certification preferred

- Skill training institutes
- Field experience in telecom industry preferred
