Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Record and maintain customer interaction details.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
- Meet productivity and quality targets, including response time and resolution rate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive (In-Hand)
- Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive (In-Hand)
