Sales executives (US SHIFT :9PM TO 6AM) are responsible for driving company revenue by promoting products/services, identifying leads, and closing sales deals. Key duties include prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, delivering product demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. They serve as the primary link between the organization and customers.
Core Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
· Client Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Presenting tailored solutions, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and closing deals.
· Target Achievement: Setting and achieving personal and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to contribute to company growth.
· Market Analysis & Reporting: Gathering market intelligence on competitor activities and customer trends, and preparing sales reports to update management.
· After-Sales Support: Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
CRM Usage: Recording all sales activity, client contact information, and sales progress in CRM software.
