Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Ensure all branches comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Sales & Performance Management: Set quotas, track regional KPIs, analyze sales data, and develop action plans to boost revenue.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers and frontline staff.
- Budgeting & P&L: Manage regional budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure a uniform, high-quality customer experience across all sites. [1, 2, 3, 4]
