Essential Qualifications & Attributes
- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. (higher qualifications preferred).
- Significant teaching and educational leadership experience in a Residential School.
- Strong administrative, communication, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to student development and value-based education.
- Willingness to embrace and lead within a residential boarding-school environment.
- High standards of personal integrity, discipline, and professionalism.

Honorarium
- Monthly honorarium: ₹20,000 to begin with.
- Approximate actual monthly institutional expenditure incurred by the School: ₹25,000

Essential Conditions of Appointment
- Submission of an Affidavit of Good Conduct
- Undertaking for Minimum one-year service commitment
