Position: Safety Officer / Safety Engineer
Education: B.E. in Safety
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure contractors comply with all statutory requirements related to Construction Safety, Environment, Health, and applicable bye-laws.
✅ Monitor and ensure safe execution of work as per approved safety procedures and guidelines.
✅ Verify compliance with safety rules and work permit systems.
✅ Conduct Daily Morning Safety Talks (Toolbox Talks/KY) and regular site safety observations.
✅ Perform Daily, Weekly & Monthly 4S observations and reporting.
✅ Deliver regular safety training to contractor teams.
✅ Review Contractor Method Statements (MSRA), identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
✅ Educate contractors on hazard identification, risk assessment, and safe work practices before and during execution.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and statutory compliance.
✔ Experience in contractor safety management and permit-to-work systems.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
✔ Commitment to creating a Zero Harm workplace.
