We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to source job openings and apply on behalf of our candidates. You will scrape job boards, identify relevant employer websites, match open roles to candidate CVs, and handle the application submission process.Key Responsibilities:
- Scrape and monitor job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) for targeted roles.
- Audit employer career pages to find hidden vacancies.
- Map candidate CV profiles to matching job descriptions.
- Submit high-quality job applications on behalf of candidates.
- Track all submissions, application links, and status updates in a master tracker.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web scraping, data extraction, or internet research.
- Strong understanding of job search engines and advanced search operators (Boolean).
- High speed and accuracy in data entry and form filling.
- Excellent organization skills to manage multiple candidate profiles simultaneously.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
