Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Manage inbound and outbound customer calls for smart home products.
⦁ Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate automation solutions.
⦁ Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
⦁ Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
⦁ Coordinate with installation and technical teams when needed.
⦁ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
