- Collecting samples from B2B partners and ensuring they are transported under specific temperature conditions to maintain specimen integrity.
- Strict adherence to biosafety guidelines, including the use of PPE and proper handling of biohazardous materials.
- Verifying patient details, labeling samples correctly, and maintaining logs of all collected samples.
- Acting as the face of the laboratory, maintaining professional relationships with clinic staff, and handling urgent requests.
- Managing daily, efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of samples for analysis.
