Faculty – Leadership with AI (Module Instructor)

Program
Leadership with AI – A 4.5-month live online weekend executive program for CXOs, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals.
Role Purpose
The Module Instructor will deliver assigned modules of the Leadership with AI program through engaging, practical, and interactive online sessions. The faculty member will combine domain expertise with real-world leadership experience to help participants apply Artificial Intelligence in strategic business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned modules as per the approved curriculum.
- Conduct live online weekend sessions.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, case studies, demonstrations, and learning materials.
- Integrate the latest AI tools and business applications into teaching.
- Use practical examples from industry and global best practices.
- Conduct Q&A sessions and mentor participants during the module.
- Design quizzes, assignments, and assessments for the allocated topics.
- Evaluate participant submissions and provide constructive feedback.
- Support participants in applying AI to real business challenges.
- Coordinate with the Program Director to ensure consistency across modules.
- Participate in faculty meetings and curriculum improvement discussions.
- Record short promotional videos or webinars for program marketing, when required.

Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- PhD preferred for academic modules.
- Minimum 7 years of industry or academic experience.
- Demonstrated experience in AI implementation or digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior executive education or corporate training experience preferred.

Deliverables
- Conduct assigned sessions as scheduled.

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per hour
