The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance team in achieving organizational financial objectives. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Verify and post accounting entries in ERP/accounting software.
- Manage General Ledger (GL), Journal Entries, and Ledger Reconciliations.
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data and highlight variances.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
4. Banking & Cash Management
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and fund requirements.
- Process vendor and employee payments.
- Handle banking transactions and documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
