As we continue to expand across India, we are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into long-term customers and contribute to our growth. Key Responsibilities - Contact prospective customers generated through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms. - Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential clients. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable adhesive solutions. - Generate quotations and coordinate with the internal team for pricing and order processing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. - Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across industries. Requirements - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Confidence in making cold calls and handling customer objections. - Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, chemicals, adhesives, packaging, or manufacturing is preferred. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM software. - Strong follow-up skills and a results-driven mindset. - Fluency in Hindi. Knowledge of English and Gujarati is an advantage.
