Job Title: Python Full Stack Trainer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Python Full Stack Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for aspiring developers. The ideal candidate will blend strong backend and frontend development expertise with exceptional teaching and mentoring abilities to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design: Develop and update the training curriculum, covering both foundational concepts and advanced real-world full-stack frameworks. [1]
- Session Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective technical training sessions (in-person and/or online) for individuals or corporate teams.
- Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through building dynamic web applications, designing RESTful APIs, and working with databases.
- Assessments & Evaluation: Monitor learner progress through coding challenges, lab exercises, and mock interview sessions.
- Industry Alignment: Continuously update course materials to align with 2026 tech trends, ensuring students are ready for current IT hiring market demands.
- Doubt Resolution: Provide one-on-one coaching and assist learners in troubleshooting code and understanding complex technical topics.
Required Technical Skills
- Core Python: Deep knowledge of Core & Advanced Python (OOP, data structures, exception handling).
- Backend Frameworks: Proficiency in Python-based web frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Frontend Technologies: Understanding of client-side technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Database Management: Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) basics. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of industry experience as a Full Stack Developer, accompanied by prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per week
