We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, receive and dispatch goods, maintain stock records, and ensure the smooth operation of the store. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Issue materials and products as required.
- Organize and maintain the store in a clean and orderly manner.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock requirements.
- Prepare stock reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and inventory software preferred).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
