Job Description – Warranty & Accident Incharge

Position Overview
Roverz MotorBikes is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty & Accident Incharge to manage warranty claims, insurance-related accident repairs, and coordinate with customers, service advisors, and insurance companies to ensure smooth and timely service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all warranty claim processes as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for accident repair approvals.
- Prepare and submit warranty and accident-related documentation accurately.
- Monitor claim status and ensure timely settlement.
- Coordinate with the workshop team for repair progress and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper records of warranty and accident jobs.
- Communicate with customers regarding claim status and repair updates.
- Ensure compliance with OEM and company policies.
- Generate periodic reports related to warranty and accident claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in warranty handling, insurance claims, or automobile service operations.
- Good knowledge of two-wheeler service processes.
- Familiarity with insurance claim procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
