Job Description
As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all reservation activities, ensuring efficient booking processes, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and delivering excellent customer service. This role manages reservation systems, supervises reservation staff, and coordinates with sales, front office, and revenue management teams to optimize room inventory and guest satisfaction.
What you will be doing:

Ensures that property sales strategies are followed

Ensures that all revenue management related systems are maintained.

Contribute to the development of the revenue plan.

Maintain an organized and clean work area and hotel environment.

Maintains daily communication with revenue management and front office.
-
Performs functions of the reservations sales agent when needed.

Assists in preparing occupancy forecasts.

Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Update regularly selling scripts to ensure user friendly and maximizing key benefits.

To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
-
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
-
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
