Role Overview:
Kashish is looking for an experienced Projects Manager to lead repair, renovation, maintenance, and new store fit-out projects across stores, warehouses, and corporate offices. The ideal candidate should have strong project execution, vendor management, budgeting, and facilities management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store fit-outs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works.
- Handle vendors, contractors, budgets, and project timelines.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and quick issue resolution.
- Maintain safety, quality, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with store operations and management teams.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in project/facilities management.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or real estate is preferred.
- Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and MS Excel/MS Project.
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel across store locations.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
