Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the BBAG Stationery Heaven website.
- Handle end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Update products, pricing, and inventory.
- Process online orders, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with the operations team.
- Monitor website performance and support online sales growth.
