Job Title: Academic Officer
Job Summary
The Academic Officer will play a crucial role in supporting academic operations and
coordinating activities within the educational institution. This position requires a
proactive individual with a strong background in academic support and coordination,

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate academic programs and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
Provide academic support to students and faculty, addressing inquiries and
facilitating resources.
Assist in the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
Organize and oversee academic events, workshops, and training sessions.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance academic skills and support services.
Monitor and evaluate academic performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred.
4-6 years of experience in academic support or coordination roles.
Strong understanding of academic operations and educational policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using academic management software and tools.
