Location: North Dumdum / Greater Kolkata Hub (On-site / District Field Travel)
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Compensation: Competitive Base (Fixed) + Monthly Execution Variables (Strictly performance-linked) (INR 25k-30k)
Employment Type: Full-time (6-Month Performance Probation Baseline)
About the Role
We are an elite, top-ranked, governance-mapped institutional implementation engine operating at the intersection of public policy, large-scale vocational skilling, and corporate development. We execute large-scale, high-margin asset-light educational and training mandates in exclusive alignment with State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), National Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and Federal Ministry Toolrooms.
We build structured, data-driven frameworks to connect rural/semi-urban human capital with industrial employment. We are seeking a highly resilient, operationally gritty, and data-fluent Manager of Operations to drive our frontline training delivery tracks, partner audits, and corporate mobilization pipelines.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Operational Deliverables
1. Institutional Coordination & Program Alignment: Anchor day-to-day administrative linkages, documentation handovers, and milestone tracking for multi-district institutional workshops and apprenticeship-embedded degree structures. Manage schedules, compliance files, and audit-ready data verification for key external stakeholders and statutory bodies. 2. Channel Partner & Mobilization Auditing: Enforce, track, and directly audit ground-level mobilization targets across regional spoke centers and grass-roots institutional partners. Review, verify, and validate field reports from regional coordinators within a strict 48-hour operational window to flag bottlenecks before they impact top-line revenue. 3. Data Asset Architecture & Lead Verification: Build, scale, and maintain central, verified master databases of institutional partners, intake tracking capacities, and student enrollment pipelines. Ensure 100% of field and telecalling interactions are cleanly logged, categorized, and tracked within shared company data spaces.
4. Regular Metric Execution Reporting: Compile and submit a regular, granular, metric-backed output log by the close of every business day. Qualitative narrative updates must be cross-referenced with links to verifiable spreadsheet matrices or email communication trails.
Candidate Profile & Requirements The Velocity Profile:
We are explicitly seeking dynamic, highly energetic, and tech-comfortable operators (ideally in their mid-20s to mid-30s) who possess the mental resilience and professional stamina required to scale a fast-moving, high-accountability startup ecosystem.
Experience Baseline: 3 to 6 years of hard, ground-level execution experience in vocational training implementation, microfinance operations, EdTech operations, or complex project delivery tracks.
Language & Communication: Absolute professional fluency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory for navigating local institutional networks, alongside sharp, structured written English skills for management-level updates.
Data Fluency: Advanced operational comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive tracking structures) and CRM frameworks. If you do not know how to systematically organize data pipelines, this role is not for you.
Boundary Discipline: Ability to operate under strict performance frameworks, accept direct accountability audits, and work in a lean, high-output management layout.
What We Offer A chance to build and run a structurally de-risked, high-growth human capital supply chain with massive multi-state contracts. Direct, transparent visibility into institutional project metrics and operational architecture. A completely professional, data-centric workspace where consistent execution is recognized, protected, and financially incentivized through targeted execution variables.
