Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS data.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance management, and labor laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
