As we expand our business across AP and Telangana, we are seeking a Business Development manager. In this role, you will identify franchise prospects, convert them into partners, and build our network city by city.

What You Will Do
- Generate franchise leads and convert prospects into franchise partners through presentations and structured follow-up
- Identify new locations for franchise expansion and increase market penetration across your assigned territory
- Conduct franchise opportunity presentations and close franchise registrations
- Coordinate store setup and onboarding with your Franchise Development Manager (FDM) team
- Ensure new franchise stores are activated within defined timelines with welcome stock in place
- Supervise and guide FDMs on onboarding quality and execution standards
- Monitor early-stage franchise performance and take corrective action where needed
Who We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in field sales, dealer development, channel sales, or franchise recruitment
- Background in Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Cement, or Franchise businesses preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned territory
- Self-driven with a hunter mindset — you thrive on building new markets

Compensation: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA fixed + performance incentives
Pay: ₹16,384.91 - ₹50,767.62 per month
