Pure1group is hiring a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. The role includes customer calling, follow-ups, and supporting the HR & Admin department in daily office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proper information
- Maintain customer databases and call records
- Follow up with interested customers and leads
- Coordinate with the HR & Admin team for daily office tasks
- Support office communication and scheduling activities
- Ensure professional behavior while interacting with customers
- Maintain positive customer relationships and timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and record handling
- Hindi & basic English communication required
- Confident, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
