Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant, based in Guindy. The Office Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing documents, maintaining office supplies, and supporting executives with clerical and administrative needs. Additional responsibilities include managing communication, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, handling paperwork, and maintaining office systems
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to ensure professional interactions with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting leadership with organizational and administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using office software such as email platforms, word processing tools, and spreadsheet applications
- Prior experience in an office setting is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
