Recruitment Coordinator - International
Location: Lucknow
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: RS 6000-8000
Additional Incentive: Rs 1,000 per successfully mobilized candidate
Key Responsibilities
- Handle candidate inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding documents, interview schedules, medical appointments, visa processes, and deployment status.
- Maintain and update candidate databases using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organize and manage CV records and recruitment documentation.
- Track candidate progress from application to deployment.
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and candidate availability.
- Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
- Recruitment, telecalling, customer service, HR, or coordination experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
