Job Summary:
We are looking for a IFMS Manager in Telangana, Hyderabad, India.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for overall branch performance including operations, client
management, business growth, financial control, and statutory compliance for the Telangana region.
Oversee "Hard Services" (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety) and "Soft Services" (Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Landscaping).
The role ensures service excellence, profitability, and long-term client retention across IFM contracts.
Lead end-to-end IFM operations across multiple client sites (soft & hard services).
Ensure SLA, KPI, and contract compliance with high service quality.
Act as the primary escalation point for key clients and ensure satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth, renewals, and scope expansion.
Own branch P&L;, budgeting, cost control, billing, and collections.
Manage manpower planning, productivity, and team performance.
Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and risk mitigation.

Client satisfaction & retention | SLA compliance | Revenue & margins | Collections | Attrition
- Graduate in Engineering / Facility Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 8+ years of IFM experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong exposure to multi-site operations and enterprise clients.
