Key Responsibilities1. Integration Operations
- Manage the complete broiler integration program across Haryana.
- Plan and monitor chick placement, bird lifting, and production schedules.
- Coordinate between hatchery, feed mill, farms, veterinary team, and processing units.
- Ensure uninterrupted operations across all integrated farms.
- Optimize production capacity and farm utilization.
2. Contract Farmer Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract farmers.
- Conduct regular farm visits and performance reviews.
- Resolve operational issues faced by farmers.
- Guide farmers on best poultry management practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
3. Farm Performance Monitoring
- Monitor daily flock performance across all farms.
- Track key production parameters:
- Mortality
- Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR)
- Average Body Weight
- Livability
- Uniformity
- Feed Consumption
- Water Consumption
- Implement corrective actions where performance deviates from standards.
4. Biosecurity & Disease Prevention
- Ensure strict implementation of biosecurity protocols.
- Conduct regular biosecurity audits at all farms.
- Coordinate vaccination and medication schedules.
- Monitor disease outbreaks and implement emergency response plans.
- Work closely with veterinarians to maintain flock health.
5. Feed & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate feed requirements with the feed mill.
- Monitor feed quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure adequate availability of medicines, vaccines, litter, and farm supplies.
- Minimize feed wastage and inventory losses.
6. Production Planning
- Prepare weekly and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate chick placement and bird lifting schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of birds for market demand.
- Monitor production targets and operational efficiency.
7. Team Management
- Lead and supervise:
- Area Managers
- Field Officers
- Farm Supervisors
- Technical Executives
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions.
- Motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
8. Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Maintain bird welfare standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality protocols.
- Support internal and external audits.
9. Cost Control
- Monitor production costs.
- Control feed wastage and medicine expenses.
- Improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

Educational Qualification
- B.V.Sc. & A.H. (Preferred)
- M.V.Sc. (Preferred)
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in poultry integration, broiler operations, or commercial poultry management.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience handling multiple farms and contract farming operations across a region is preferred.

Authority
The Integration Manager is authorized to:
- Allocate chicks and feed according to production plans.
- Recommend onboarding or discontinuation of contract farmers based on performance.
- Initiate corrective actions for poor-performing farms.
- Enforce biosecurity and operational SOPs.
- Recommend disciplinary action for non-compliance.
- Approve routine operational requirements within delegated authority.
- Escalate major operational, health, or production issues to senior management promptly.
