Job Title: Production Engineer – Robotic Welding
Location: Pune
Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on experience in robotic welding and robot programming. The candidate must have experience working with Panasonic welding robots in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Robot programming, teaching, and troubleshooting.
- Operate and optimize Panasonic welding robots.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and process efficiency.
- Monitor welding parameters and reduce welding defects.
- Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and 5S activities.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in robotic welding.
- Hands-on experience with Panasonic Robots is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes.
- Experience in automotive sheet metal/chassis manufacturing preferred.
Preferred Joining: Immediate to 30 Days.
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
