Advertisement for the Position of Clinical Research Assistant
Applications are invited for the position of Clinical Research Assistant – 3nos for a research project at Aravind Eye Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Screening and recruitment of eligible study participants.
- Obtaining informed consent and coordinating participant visits.
- Capturing and maintaining clinical photographs as per study protocol.
- Updating and maintaining study databases, case record forms, and recruitment logs.
- Coordinating with clinicians, researchers, and study participants.
- Assisting with study documentation and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualification:
- B.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Optometry, or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience in clinical research or patient recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Experience in clinical photography/documentation will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
As per institutional/project norms.
