Role Summary
As a Senior Engineer – Projects & Support, you will lead the planning, execution, and support of security system installations for enterprise clients. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, customer interaction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute projects involving CCTV, enterprise Access Control, Power Fence, and Command Center systems.
- Handle end-to-end deployment of multi-location ELV systems including VMS and integrated platforms (Genetec, Lenel, C-Cure).
- Collaborate with PMC, architects, consultants, and internal teams across design, budgeting, and delivery phases.
- Prepare technical documents, project schedules, progress reports, and user manuals.
- Monitor project milestones, ensure compliance, and manage risk/change control.
- Engage in troubleshooting, punch list resolution, and post-project client support.
- Maintain high-quality execution with strong stakeholder communication and leadership.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in enterprise-grade security projects.
- Strong knowledge of Genetec, Lenel, C-Cure, and advanced VMS systems.
- Proficiency in project tools (AutoCAD, Excel, Power BI preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Multilingual communication and willingness to travel as needed.
- Leadership capabilities to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
