Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Executive – B2B Digital Marketing to support our brand-building, lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and campaign execution in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and execute campaigns across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Support leadership branding through LinkedIn content initiatives
Email & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive qualified leads
Content Development
- Write blogs, website content, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts
- Contribute to thought leadership and brand storytelling
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Work with business and sales teams on campaigns for talent marketplace and staffing services
- Support webinars, events, and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance (leads, engagement, conversions)
- Prepare performance reports and insights
- Assist in SEO activities (keyword research, blog optimization, website updates)
Market Research
- Analyze competitors, industry trends, and target customer segments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / BBA / MBA with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in B2B marketing (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of:
- LinkedIn & Instagram marketing
- Email marketing
- Content marketing
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Basic knowledge of:
- SEO
- Google Analytics
- Social media analytics
- Knowledge with tools like:
- Canva
- Mailchimp
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- HubSpot (or similar platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Preferred Skills
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads and lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and website content optimization
- Experience in writing blogs and thought leadership content
- Exposure to B2B marketing in technology, staffing, or HR domains
