The Lead Aesthetic Dermatologist will be responsible for diagnosing dermatological conditions, performing advanced aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology treatments, developing personalized treatment plans and patient journey, and overseeing the execution of evidence-based therapies. The role also involves conducting root cause analyses, providing patient consultations, collaborating with specialists across disciplines, and ensuring impeccable patient care and treatment outcomes. Qualifications
- Clinical Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations for common and complex skin conditions, focusing on long-term resolution strategies (particularly for Acne management).
- Aesthetic Procedures: Perform advanced cosmetic treatments including Botox, fillers, PRF/GFC, and chemical peels with precision and artistry.
- Laser Technology: Operate advanced laser systems (LHR, Q-switched) safely and effectively.
- Patient Education: Communicate complex treatment plans clearly, prescribing customized skincare regimens and driving the ethical conversion of high-value treatments.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic and empathetic patient experience.
Qualifications:
- MD / DNB / DDVL (or equivalent) in Dermatology.
- 2 - 4 years post-PG experience.
- Registered with Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC).
- Strong facial anatomy knowledge and complication management.
- Proven proficiency in Cosmetology and Aesthetic Dermatology.
- Certification in Cosmetic/Aesthetic Dermatology is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical medical practice.
