Qualification: BE Civil / Diploma Civil
Experience: 2–3 Years (Site Execution)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site audits and verify site measurements
- Check contractor & vendor bills as per work order, BOQ & site progress
- Verify BBS, quantity calculations & measurement sheets
- Coordinate with Project Manager & Site Engineers for bill confirmations
- Audit finishing work & overall site execution work
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing work, BBS & quantity surveying
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
